Shipping & Delivery
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days. We process and ship within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Some regions may experience slightly longer delivery windows during peak seasons.
Yes — free worldwide shipping on every order, no minimum spend. We've built the shipping cost into our pricing because we believe straightforward pricing is better for everyone.
We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. All international orders ship free. Please note that duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country — these are the responsibility of the buyer. We cannot predict or control customs fees.
Yes. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your package using the link in your email or via our Track Your Order page. If you haven't received a tracking update within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us at support@jemyra.com.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. To start a return, email us at support@jemyra.com with your order number and reason for return.
We're sorry to hear that! Email us at support@jemyra.com with your order number and a photo of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund immediately — you won't need to return the damaged item.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few additional days for your bank to process the transaction.
Product Questions
The Smart Window Cleaning Robot works on any smooth, flat glass surface — windows, mirrors, glass shower doors, and even solar panels. It requires a flat, non-porous surface for the suction to work. It does not work on textured, frosted, or heavily tinted glass, or surfaces with large grilles or dividers.
Yes — our Hand Massager and Shoulder & Neck Massager are fully cordless and rechargeable via USB-C. Battery life ranges from 60–90 minutes per charge. The Foot & Leg Massager plugs into the wall via an included AC adapter.
Yes — that's one of its biggest advantages over traditional candles. The lamp uses a low-heat bulb to gently melt wax from above, eliminating open flame entirely. There's no fire risk, no soot, and no smoke. Always supervise children and pets around any electrical appliance, and keep the lamp out of reach when in use.
Yes — both the Hand Massager and Foot & Leg Massager include built-in heat therapy. The Shoulder & Neck Massager features infrared heat to increase circulation and loosen tight muscles. Heat can usually be toggled on/off independently from the massage function.
All Jemyra products are compatible with 100–240V (universal voltage). This means they work in North America, Europe, Asia, Australia, and the UK. The Window Cleaning Robot comes in different plug types — make sure to select your correct plug type (US, EU, UK, AU, etc.) before ordering.
Orders & Payment
We process orders quickly, so please contact us at support@jemyra.com within 12 hours of placing your order if you need to cancel or make changes. After that window, the order may already be in fulfillment and we may not be able to modify it.
Yes. Our store uses SSL encryption and all payments are processed by Shopify's secure checkout — the same platform trusted by millions of businesses worldwide. We never store your payment information.
