If your Jemyra order isn't right, we will make it right. Here is how our return process works.

30-day returns. Most items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. See below for details on eligibility and how to start a return.

Return Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a refund, items must be in the condition described below.

Product Condition

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Free of damage caused after delivery
  • Returned in the original packaging where possible

Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.

How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our team through the Contact Us page with your order number and the item you would like to return.
  2. We will review your request and, if eligible, send return instructions and a shipping address.
  3. Pack your item securely and send it back using the instructions provided.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or the return is the result of a Jemyra error.

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Some products may be excluded from returns for hygiene or safety reasons. Any exclusions are called out on the product page.
