30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Email support@jemyra.com with your order number before sending anything back.

Eligibility

Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging, accessories, and proof of purchase.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order when it arrives. Contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos or video where appropriate. When confirmed, we will provide a suitable replacement, refund, or return solution.

Return shipping

The customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Jemyra covers reasonable return shipping when we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Authorized returns may be directed to Jemyra, 208 4 Avenue Northeast, Calgary, Alberta T2E 0J1, Canada. Do not send an item without return authorization.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 10 business days after inspection. Banks and card providers may take additional time to post the refund.

Used personal-care or wellness products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless defective. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.
