Everything you need to know about how, when and where Jemyra orders reach you.
Free shipping on orders over $100 CAD. For orders under $100 CAD, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
Shipping Costs
Orders totalling $100 CAD or more (before tax) ship free within Canada. For orders below $100 CAD, the shipping cost is displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase — no surprises after you place your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Once your order is packed and handed to our carrier, we email your tracking link right away.
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Once an order enters processing we may not be able to update the destination.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping-confirmation email with your tracking link the moment your order leaves our facility. If you can't find that email, please check your spam and promotions folders before contacting support.

Shipping Locations
Jemyra ships to addresses across Canada. Availability outside Canada is confirmed at checkout based on our current carrier network.
Delays and Address Changes
Delivery times can occasionally be affected by carrier delays, extreme weather, or peak-season volumes. If your order is running significantly late, please reach out and we will help track it down.
Need to update your address after ordering? Contact us as soon as possible — we will do our best to make the change if the order has not yet shipped.
